rates. The Radisson SAS hotel is now full for nights of and 11 & 12 June.
Accommodation Terms
Accommodation is reserved on an individual basis directly with the hotel.
Cancellations not confirmed by fax by 18.00 on day of arrival will be
charged a one night stay fee .

Transport
From the Airport
By Shuttle bus
Free Shuttle busses run approx every 20 minutes from the airport to the hotel.
Exit at the 'Navette' sign in the aiport terminal and wait for the bus going to
the Radisson SAS Airport hotel.

All hotels on the Charles de Gaulle Airport complex are reasonably close to the
conference hotel and offer free shuttle bus service to the aiport

Registration
The registration desk will be open 16.00-17.00 on Monday 11 June and from 09.00
on Tuesday 12 June

Conference Dinner
The conference dinner takes place at the Radisson SAS Charles de Gaulle Airport
Hotel on Tuesday 12 June, 20.15.
There will be an informal drinks reception before the dinner in the conference
display area, starting at 19.15 |
