demystifying and preparing for the age of eIDAS
In collaboration with the European Commission
By now many parties know that on July 1st 2016 the rules related to trust services (such as eSignatures, eSeals, eTime stamps, e-registered delivery and website authentication) under the eIDAS Regulation (REGULATION (EU) No 910/2014 of 23 July 2014 on electronic identification and trust services for electronic transactions in the internal market) will come into effect. Some say they will mostly impact public sector services. Others state they might have a significant impact on online private sector services. Legal/Compliance officers and enterprise architects are trying to prepare whilst implementing acts have been adopted and related ETSI-standards are evolving. One thing is certain… The market of Trust Services (and consuming services) is taking form now… We invite you to come and share your practical questions/concerns on one of the sub-areas being eSignatures & eSeals with peers.
