Covid-19 is catapulting the entire economy several years forward in its evolution toward digital transformation. In order to guarantee business continuity, many companies are accelerating the digitisation of processes enabling remote interactions as this is crucial to attract and retain customers. All this requires an adequate level of digital trust to safely and legally enable these new ways of interacting with customers.
The Retail Banking International Roundtable Forum 2021 will focus on digital transformation in retail banking. The virtual conference will bring together key players from European retail banks, challenger banks and regulatory authorities to discuss the rapidly changing banking landscape post-Covid-19, the strategies for 2021 and the ‘new normal’, the customer-centric strategy for digital resilience in the mobile age, and the retail banking landscape in 2022.
