We would really appreciate your help to recommend a new recruit to join our EEMA Team as our Marketing Communications Manager.

Job Specification for Marketing Communications Manager: 
We require an engaged and enthusiastic person who is:
– Hard-working and a can-do attitude
– Marketing & Communications experience
– Strong attention to detail
– Has the ability to work with initiative and juggle multiple tasks/priorities
– Has excellent IT skills: MS Office & Teams, Google Office, Mailchimp, Zoom, Jira, Adobe Creative Cloud, Wix, WordPress and Qualtrix
– Ability to work unsupervised and be a team member

Liaising with the EEMA team to achieve the following:
– Management/Admin for projects, conferences and other activities through regular meetings.
– Liaison with EEMA Partners and European organisations
– Executing e-Marketing campaigns and PR team
– Working on EU Projects with Project Leader
– Accessing the EEMA Database to target mailings and produce specific reports
– Conference administration
– Attend regular meetings with the Chair and Board Director for Strategy & Business Development

To be considered for this role you will need the following skills:
– Content writing skills for Social Media
– Proven experience working with external design agencies
– A team player with drive and determination to work to deadlines and deliver
– Excellent self-motivation and people management skills
– Ability to work remotely
